About Art Walk

The North Beaches Art Walk is a monthly event orchestrated by the North Beaches Art Walk Association, a non profit organization 501 (c)(3) based in Atlantic Beach, FL.

Since its beginning in October of 2007, the North Beaches Art Walk has continued to receive positive support from the community, and has an ever-growing list of participating merchants and artists. Spread the word - and hope to see you at the next Art Walk!

As a non-profit, NBAW strives to support other local non-profits. We allow one non-profit a month to set up an informational table in front of Archway Gallery to promote themselves, and to sell art as a fundraiser.  (More Details)

Frank Georgallis

My name is Frank Georgallis and I am a Jeweler.

 Actually, I am a third generation Jeweler.

I have had the good fortune of growing up at the bench in my family's business, Gregory's Jewelers in Jacksonville Beach. Benefiting greatly from working along side seasoned Master Jewelers, I learned my craft through years of hands on experience.

Since we specialize in Custom Made Jewelry and Repair, I learned to make jewelry in our workshop. I have also attended well acclaimed Schools for Jewelers, including the same school that trains Diamond Setters for Tiffany's in New York City. I am Certified in Diamond Setting, Jewelry Fabrication and Jewelry Repair.

"All of my Jewelry is Made Entirely By Hand using Age Old Techniques and Modern Design Elements."

Personally, I work in Silver. I begin with Fine Silver...... and then I add FIRE.....1650 degrees fahrenheit to be exact ! ! Once melted, the metal is then quenched or annealed making it pliable and workable. This essential step is repeated several times as I work directly with the metal. I then forge it by hand into the finished piece that you will wear and enjoy. This process is used for each and every part of my jewelry from the tiny connecting jump rings and earring wires....... to my unique center piece. I take great pride in the fact that every bit of MY JEWELRY IS MADE ENTIRELY BY HAND.

Some of my work is always on display at Gregory's Jewelers 940 Third Street North, Jacksonville Beach.
