About Artwalk

The North Beaches Artwalk is a monthly event orchestrated by the North Beaches Artwalk Association, a non profit organization 501 (c)(3) based in Atlantic Beach, FL.
Since its beginning in October of 2007, the North Beaches Artwalk has continued to receive positive support from the community, and has an ever-growing list of participating merchants and artists. Spread the word - and hope to see you at the next Artwalk!

As a non-profit NBAW strives to support other local non-profits. We allow one non-profit a month to set up an informational table in front of Sticky Fingers Restaurant to promote themselves, and to sell art as a fundraiser. Contact Linda Stewart at Archway Gallery & Framing for more details.

I am a self taught henna artist, jewelry designer and painter. Henna is one of the oldest forms of body adornment and was used as far back as the Bronze Age. My pop art style paintings are inspired by the pulp romance comics of the 50s and 60s and are created in acrylic.

I have been doing henna body art for ten years and specialize in traditional Indian and Moroccan designs. To create the designs I apply a paste made from dried henna leaves and lemon juice to the skin.  The initial color will be orange which changes to a dark brown within 24 hours and the design will last up to 3 weeks. I have been certified by the ICNHA (International Certification for Natural Henna Arts) and I am one of only 81 certified artists internationally.
