About Art Walk

The North Beaches Art Walk is a monthly event orchestrated by the North Beaches Art Walk Association, a non profit organization 501 (c)(3) based in Atlantic Beach, FL.

Since its beginning in October of 2007, the North Beaches Art Walk has continued to receive positive support from the community, and has an ever-growing list of participating merchants and artists. Spread the word - and hope to see you at the next Art Walk!

As a non-profit, NBAW strives to support other local non-profits. We allow one non-profit a month to set up an informational table in front of Archway Gallery to promote themselves, and to sell art as a fundraiser.  (More Details)

I am an original Florida native. I grew up in Tampa and have lived in Europe for several years.  I now call Jacksonville my home. 

My passion is nature so most of my photographs are of landscape from my travels. I am a backroad photographer and find beauty in the most unusual places. 

I create a unique blend of photography with art. Some of my work will have a 3D effect for a more realistic view of what we really see, or it may take on a surreal effect which is created through various multi-media techniques.

I frequently merge multiple photos to enhance the effects of light and shadows, resulting in one photo with colorful dramatic effects. Further enhancements and adjustments are made to produce a print that can emulate a spectacular painting.

I really enjoy the freedom of this type of media as the computer becomes the canvas for my imagination. Expect the unexpected . . .
