Artists: please remember that badges now cost $10 in advance and $25 the day of artwalk.
Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at 2:21PM Come out October 15th to celebrate the North Beaches Art Walk's 2nd anniversary. Along with extra kids tables set up in Sticky Finger's parking lot, there will be raffle tickets on sale. Buy one for $2 or three for $5. Prizes have been generously donated by local businesses.
Monday, August 24, 2009 at 4:44PM If you're a participating artist, make sure to come get your badge early, any time after September 1st. Badges that are issued day of may be subject to a greater fee.
Remember, Artwalk happens rain or shine. Keep that in mind when booking your venue, and setting up your wonderful art!
Monday, July 27, 2009 at 5:14PM Jewelers – In order to be included on the August Art Walk map card you must get your jewelry juried ASAP. Please bring in 4 pieces representative of your work – be prepared to complete a brief form, pay your jury fee and leave your jewelry at Archway for the jury process. ALL jewelry must be juried to participate in the August Art Walk (and all future art walks).
Artists please be aware of blocking sidewalks. We had a few complaints last month of artists blocking the side walks with their display. The city will shut us down if this continues, please, please be observant of the rules.
The badges will be available after August 1st – please secure a spot with a merchant and pick up your badge at your earliest convenience. Remember that badges will not be issued the day of, no exceptions.
