About Art Walk

The North Beaches Art Walk is a monthly event orchestrated by the North Beaches Art Walk Association, a non profit organization 501 (c)(3) based in Atlantic Beach, FL.

Since its beginning in October of 2007, the North Beaches Art Walk has continued to receive positive support from the community, and has an ever-growing list of participating merchants and artists. Spread the word - and hope to see you at the next Art Walk!

As a non-profit, NBAW strives to support other local non-profits. We allow one non-profit a month to set up an informational table in front of Archway Gallery to promote themselves, and to sell art as a fundraiser.  (More Details)

Want a perfectly compressed view of the North Beaches Art Walk and listen to some great music all at the same time? Come check out Archway Gallery on May 17th (5pm - 9pm) where you can comfortably view the art of several of the official artists! You will be able to see that our artists vary from photography, pottery, wood artists, pastels, acrylic paintings, water color and more with a variety of themes! This is a wonderful opportunity to come and view their work, then go and meet them at their assigned Art Walk location. You don't want to miss out on this one of a kind art show.

After many years of refining the craft his peers at Songwriters’

Nights encouraged him to record an album of all originals and

“Perfect Wave” was released in 2008.  The songs are so varied

that the album is hard to label as a whole, but you will hear an

eclectic mix of Americana, Rock, and Ballads.  Several of the tracks

have left an impressive track record in several songwriter contests. 

This included recognition of “Happy Valley Folks” by the Billboard

International Songwriting Contest ("... Very raw and real. Nice work!")

and as a semi-finalist in the UK Songwriting contest.  . 

 

        

 

  

     

 

 

 

Pierre Kendrick will be at Ragtime.

 

Hailing from jacksonville, FL, Pierre has been performing

for over twenty years with many local and national artists. 

Being influenced by a plethora of musicians,

Pierre pulls from his very spirit and soul to allow the

audience to feel the heart of his music.  His impeccable feel and infectious soul makes him and inspriringly gifted musician.

 

 

  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Embracing the locations between Ocean 60 at 60 Ocean BLVD. in Atlantic Beach to Jewels by Lubeck at 132 Orange St. in Neptune Beach.

 

You will be delighted to experience approximately 21 artists on the sidewalks interacting and enjoying beautiful art, great live music and the local establishments that make this beach so great. The featured artist at Ocean 60 will be Gemmy Jewelry by Terry Seldon, an incredibly talented artist. On the other end, you will find Heather Bomengen and Larissa Rolfes located at Jewels by Lubeck, two other amazing artists who will be featuring their own homemade pieces! In the mean time; while you stroll down the streets of the beaches, stop in and listen to the awesomely rythmic rock music created by Mike & Christy Fox.

 

 

So, come to sing and dance with the music.   If you don’t fell like singing or dancing, come and stroll through the neighborhood. Stop for a chat with the local artists and business owners. Taste samples form some of our restaurants, enjoy a cup of cheer at a gallery. 

 

...and yes we are expecting beautiful weather!
